We are seeking a Spray Painter to join our team. The successful incumbent will be responsible preparing and painting of Aircraft parts, composite and mechanical. This role requires expertise in aerospace painting techniques and quality control procedures to ensure the final finish meets strict performance and aesthetic standards.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing composite and mechanical surfaces for paint.
• Ensure paint stock levels don’t drop under minimum levels.
• Ability to understand expire dates on paints, hardeners and thinners.
• Must be able to help with composite work to stay busy when paint work is done.
• Maintaining the spray booth’s filters and servicing.
• Be able to fill, sand and profile any imperfections, being it on moulds or composite parts.
• Signing off job cards.

• Type of qualification: Grade 10 or higher
• Years of experience required: Min 5 years in Spray Painting
• Professional license(s) required: Aviation Qualified Spray Painter
• Sound knowledge of: Aviation paint standards
