A thriving small aerospace business specializing in the manufacturing of cutting-edge drones. As a Composite Fabricator/Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the meticulous fabrication process of composite materials to create high-performance drone components.

• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong reading and writing skills (Matric Certificate).
• Basic mathematical proficiency to calculate and measure ratios of liquid components.
• Punctual, committed, and hard-working.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Capacity to thrive under deadline pressure.
• Previous composite fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Drone pilot's qualification is an advantage, though not required.
• Spray painting skills are advantageous, but not required.
• Fluency in Afrikaans is preferred, especially for younger speakers, but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team.
