Compliance Officer: 
Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and King Code?

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain best practices across our clients organisation.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance compliance programs to meet regulatory and organisational standards.
• Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with departments to review and implement policies.
• Lead internal investigations on compliance issues.
• Monitor regulatory developments and best practices.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Promote a strong compliance culture within the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ post-degree experience in compliance
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Certificate in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (preferred)
• Familiarity with the King Code on Governance (preferred)
• Membership with a relevant professional body
