Our client is seeking a Corporate Governance & Compliance Officer to oversee legal, regulatory, and internal policy adherence. POSITION INFO:
🔹 Corporate Governance Support
✔ Provide company secretarial services and assist the Group Company Secretary with governance and regulatory duties.
✔ Draft and review resolutions and minutes, ensuring proper documentation in the resolution register.
✔ Prepare essential documents for board and committee meetings.
✔ Manage annual return filings and oversee CIPC-related activities.

🔹 Compliance Management
✔ Support the development and execution of compliance frameworks that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
✔ Create, review, and update compliance policies across the business.
✔ Assess key business policies from a regulatory perspective and recommend necessary changes.
✔ Track regulatory changes and ensure smooth adaptation within the organization.
✔ Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
✔ Conduct legal research, compile compliance reports, and stay informed on industry regulations.
