SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting an Investment and Fund Management company with their search for a Company Secretary, based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Assist with the arrangement and preparation of Board Meetings, notices of meetings, agendas, record of
proceedings and minute taking.
Responsible for the preparation of annual reports and annual general meetings.
Prepare official documents for signatures on the company’s behalf.
Assist with KYC, due diligence and audit requirements / submissions.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
Minimum 5 years administration experience in a COSEC, or Governance Department.
Secretarial administrative experience in a listed company.
