Job Duties:
- Compile project plans for member communication to ensure timely completion of communication projects
- Identify and plan for potential new engagement opportunities
- Research and gather information from subject matter experts and internal divisions regarding relevant matters
- Conduct proper research to determine suitable communication channels
- Compile specifications for data sets per communication action aimed at specific member groups
- Formulate and create content for various platforms
- Compile briefings for graphic designers and events coordinator
- Draught, edit, and translate documents, website content, and system-generated communication
- Proofread and edit all member documents and Member Zone content
- Provide weekly reports to senior management on activities
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant three-year tertiary qualification
Education:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Communication, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in communication, public relations, journalism and content creation
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in researching and gathering information
- Experience in content creation and editing
- Must have a drivers license
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role/hybrid with occasional requirement for off-site meetings or events
- Full-time position with standard working hours
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
