As the Commercial and Logistics Manager, my scope of responsibility encompasses the comprehensive management of procurement functions, supplier and customer relationships, and the entire spectrum of logistics operations. This role includes the leadership and supervision of a team consisting of five skilled staff members. Furthermore, a pivotal aspect of my role involves the strategic oversight of production planning and the meticulous control of inventory levels for all categories, including finished goods, raw materials, and consumables.
