• Qualification in the HVAC Field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC Industry with 5 years of experience in a leadership
• Strong understanding of HVAC products, technologies and market dynamics
• Excellent design, specifications and bid evaluations of mechanical equipment and systems skills.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills. These skills are essential for the role and will be instrumental in the candidate's success.

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Set sales targets, quotas, and performance goals for the sales team.
• Monitor and adjust sales plans based on performance and market conditions.

2. Team Management and Development
