Position: Property Broker

Responsibilities:

• Grow a database of sellers and buyers in targeted regions.
• Promote the auction platform as the optimal property disposal solution.
• Develop networks and collaborate with parties that could refer properties for auction.
• Secure mandates for the sale of properties and assets.
• Market mandated properties and register buyers for auctions.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of real estate segments and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or Property Broker.
• A strong track record of successful property sales.
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Valid EAAB FFC certification.
• Must reside in KwaZulu Natal or be willing to relocate
