SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity awaits a young, vibrant, and energetic Commercial Property Administrator to join our client in Umhlanga.

Please note: Candidates must have their own vehicle!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Retail Property Management: Hands-on experience in managing retail property assets.
Tenant Relations & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, focusing on high tenant retention.
Rent Collection: Responsible for timely and accurate collection of rent payments.
Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, ensuring all maintenance needs are met.
Occupancy & Tenant Sourcing: Work to maintain full occupancy and actively seek new tenants when needed.
Lease Agreements & Legal Documentation: Handle lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

Matric
Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial property administrator or in a similar role
Advanced Excel Skills
Detail-Oriented Under Pressure - Meticulous and work well under a pressure to complete tasks requested
Mathematical Proficiency - Strong mathematical skills. i.e. fractions; percentages etc.
Diligent, hard-working, young and vibrant
