Great commission structure - R800K Plus per Sale.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Plus at least 10 years Commercial / Property / Industrial Sales experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Exposure within land / commercial / industrial and township development will be beneficial.
Duties:- Liaise and negotiation with stakeholders on executive level.
- Identifying business opportunities, prospective clients
- Closing deals in a complex environment
- Sales reports
