POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

A Minimum of 2 years short term insurance industry experience
Direct new business development experience preferred
A relevant Financial or Insurance related qualification preferred
A qualified FAIS representative for client advice (RE5)

Responsibilities:

Identify and arrange meetings with prospective new clients
Provide accurate information to clients through understanding the organization
Regular new client interactions and documented outcomes/discussions (New Business list)
Meeting FAIS requirements in terms of documentation and client record of advice
Manage and facilitate communication and co-operation with the relevant organizational team members to maximise the quality and probability of success in client pitches
Project manage all aspects of the new business process from lead generation to client
pitch
Work with the relevant business to ensure the smooth onboarding and integration of the client into the organization
Working closely with the Marketing team to align the overall marketing strategy to the specific new business strategy
