SUMMARY:
We have an opportunity for a dynamic Commercial Attorney with 4+ years post article experience, specializing in Commercial Law for a Law Firm based in the Centurion area.
(This position has potential for extensive growth)

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

LLB degree (Essential)
B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
5+ years post article experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable)
Strong contract drafting skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written).
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
