Professional law firm based in Pietermaritzburg is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

5+ Years experience required (non-negotiable)
Managing a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and insolvency cases
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, opinions, and legal correspondence
Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial disputes
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
LLB Degree and Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
