Well-established, specialist legal firm based in East Rand, is looking for a Banking Litigation Attorney with experience in foreclosures

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum 5 years of High Court litigation experience post-admission as an attorney
Managing a department and supervising staff independently
Handling High Court litigation, with a focus on bank-related matters, including foreclosures, asset finance recovery, and personal finance account litigation
Prepare pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and settlement agreements
Work with Standard Bank CACS and ensure regulatory compliance
