• Lease and service level agreements
• Securities and shareholder agreements
• Competition law and capital markets
• Corporate law and banking & finance
• Partnerships & joint ventures, sales & purchase agreements
• Energy & minerals and consumer law
• Mergers & acquisitions, tax, licensing, and derivatives

What we're looking for:

• Extensive knowledge across the spectrum of commercial law
• Business acumen and practice management skills
• Strong people management and development abilities
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• An LLB or equivalent qualification
• Admission as an Attorney in South Africa
• A post graduate legal qualification will be advantageous
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in Commercial Law
