SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to provide vital support in managing sales activities and ensuring smooth operations across their commercial division.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Document & File Management: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical documents, records, and quotation files to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.
Sales Support: Assist with preparing quotes, tracking sales leads, managing key accounts, and following up on payments.
Liaising with Stakeholders: Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and sales representatives on behalf of the Commercial Director to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties, including delivering goods to customers and attending client meetings.

Requirements:

Matric with Mathematics is required for analytical tasks. If you have Maths Literacy, you must also have experience in both the construction industry and a technical background.
Fully Bilingual: Strong communication skills in both languages.
Technical Background Preferred: Candidates with a technical school background will be given preference.
Accountability & Growth Potential: Must be proactive, accountable, and eager to grow within the company.
Roofing Industry Experience: An advantage.
