POSITION INFO:

Provide cost and sales analysis to support Executive-level decision-making
Prepare accurate forecasting estimates to guide financial planning
Compile and analyse monthly sales reports, trends, and performance projections
Maintain and update costing data and perform detailed cost analysis
Generate month-end reports on costs, margins, stock levels, and other critical financial indicators
Collaborate with production, planning, and sales teams to align financial insights with operational goals
Develop and refine key performance metrics such as R/kg, throughput rates, and waste percentages
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and financial control

Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Experience or working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cost accounting or a similar finance role
Self-assured, quick learner with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:
Bcom degree + OR completed CIMA
