Join a world-renowned multinational Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as a Commercial & Leasing Financial Specialist and play a pivotal role in financial operations, stakeholder management, and process optimisation.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented finance specialist with a strong background in banking, leasing, and financial services. You will be responsible for managing leasing and credit control workflows, improving financial operations processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key stakeholder in the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring strong relationships with customers and financial partners.
Manage credit control and internal finance for leases and rentals, including deal structuring, reconciliations, and reporting.
Drive improvements in leasing templates, workflows, documentation and insurance confirmations.
Prepare financial journals, reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial operations processes, governance policies, and industry regulations.
Manage finance-related ticketing systems, tool improvements and resolving issues efficiently.
Support special projects within the Finance Operations division.
Serve as a deputy (2IC) to the Finance Manager Operations when required.

What You Bring

A Finance and/or Business Administration qualification (preferred).
5+ years of experience in banking, leasing, or financial services.
A specialisation in leasing and credit decisions: Strong understanding of leases, rentals, credit control, and commercial finance.
Intermediate accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with financial and credit control systems.
A keen eye for accuracy, governance, and compliance.
Legal experience (contracts and documentation).
