The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key stakeholder in the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring strong relationships with customers and financial partners.
• Manage credit control and internal finance for leases and rentals, including deal structuring, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Drive improvements in leasing templates, workflows, documentation and insurance confirmations.
• Prepare financial journals, reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial operations processes, governance policies, and industry regulations.
• Manage finance-related ticketing systems, tool improvements and resolving issues efficiently.
• Support special projects within the Finance Operations division.
• Serve as a deputy (2IC) to the Finance Manager Operations when required.

What You Bring

• A Finance and/or Business Administration qualification (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in banking, leasing, or financial services.
• A specialisation in leasing and credit decisions: Strong understanding of leases, rentals, credit control, and commercial finance.
• Intermediate accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with financial and credit control systems.
• A keen eye for accuracy, governance, and compliance.
• Legal experience (contracts and documentation).
