Job Description:

We’re looking for passionate and experienced Commercial & Industrial Property Brokers to join our growing team! If you have a flair for sales, leasing, and building client relationships in the property market, we want you!

Location: Table View (Covering Surrounding Areas, Century City & CBD)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing terms
Advise clients on market conditions & property values
Draft lease agreements & sales contracts
Build and manage relationships with tenants & landlords
Identify new business opportunities
Stay updated on market trends

Experience Required:

Proven experience in Office & Retail Property Sales and Leasing
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
