SUMMARY:
CLOTHING PRODUCTION MANAGER â SWAZILAND

POSITION INFO:

Minimum of 10 years in a Managerial role within a garment / clothing production company
Diploma â Organisation & Workstudy)
General sewing data experience essential
Experience as a Production Manager who handles the floor cutting and sewing lines with a huge staff compliment
Hands on with machinery for production in bulk
Well-developed people and management skills
Excellent planning and organising ability for scheduling work and output against deadlines
Knowledge of fabrics and technical sewing skills is essential
Control of quality and output standards throughout the unit
Sourcing, selection and purchasing of fabrics
Management of costs through good production controls and minimal wastage
Ability to work independently, but be supportive of, and in line with General Manager
Drivers Licence and own vehicle necessary
