Requirements:

RN qualification (Bachelor's in Nursing essential)
6+ years of nursing experience, including leadership and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor clinical quality standards.
Lead patient safety initiatives and incident management.
Collaborate on education and training for clinical excellence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and infection control.
