This role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships, manage client accounts with precision, and ensure seamless communication between clients and directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for all non-advisory client matters.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each client account and provide tailored management.
• Respond to client queries efficiently, providing clear timelines for resolution when necessary.
• Oversee case and time management to ensure prompt escalation of critical matters.
• Keep clients, advisers, and internal teams informed throughout all processes.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding client and internal information.
• Monitor client interactions to ensure service excellence across all touchpoints.
• Manage and maintain electronic client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a client support role within a wealth management firm.
• Strong understanding of local and offshore investments, including unit trusts, money markets, and both compulsory and non-compulsory investments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• A driven personality with a commitment to excellence.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Team player with a positive, client-focused attitude.
