POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager with a background in Financial Services to nurture client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, resolving customer issues, and identifying new business opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Manage client portfolios to ensure customer retention and growth
Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
