POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Liaison to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients. Duties include understanding client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a background in sales and excel at communication and problem-solving.

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and requirements
Address and resolve client issues promptly
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client experience
