Our client is recruiting for a dedicated  Client Relationship Consultant to join their dynamic team in the medical industry. As a key point of contact between their company and their valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering trust, and helping clients navigate their range of innovative healthcare solutions. If you have a deep understanding of the medical field, a client-first mindset, and a desire to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!

Minimum requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Must be able to fit into a hierarchy
• Must be able to do routine and structured work
• Must be willing to to receive training

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Follow up with potential leads, and convert them for the Sales Representative
• Customer service
• Do the after-sales reports

Remuneration:

R 5 000 basic, but there are DEFINITELY opportunities for growth

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:00, with 30 minutes lunch
