My client is a fast-growing firm based in the north of Johannesburg, specializing in delivering exceptional financial services to our diverse client base. This leading organization is looking for a dynamic newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who enjoys interacting with clients and is eager to build strong relationships while providing expert financial advice.

POSITION INFO:
Role Overview:
As a newly qualified CA, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering financial insights, and helping businesses thrive. This role is ideal for someone who not only has a solid foundation in accounting but also enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
Advisory Services: Offer strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, helping clients navigate complex financial matters.
Tax Compliance: Assist clients with tax planning and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Audit and Assurance: Work on audit engagements where necessary, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in clients' financial processes and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to provide the best possible service to clients.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or within 1 year post-qualification).
Passion for working with clients and providing excellent service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Proactive and solutions-driven, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
