Client Liason

SUMMARY:
Are you a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and solving problems? Our client is looking for a Client Liaison Officer to engage with clients, provide support, and ensure they have the information they need.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Manage a portfolio of loan holders and assist with collection efforts
• Handle client queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks
• Keep track of office supplies, invoices, and corporate card purchases

What You Need:

• A diploma/degree or relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and SharePoint
