SUMMARY:
Our client in Parklands North is seeking a Client Liaison for their inbound call centre. The ideal candidate will have a Matric (Grade 12) qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in a call centre or telesales environment. A proven track record of success in telesales or call centre settings is essential. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. The successful candidate must be patient, target-driven, and able to build strong rapport with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric (Grade 12) is required
2+ years of experience in Call Centre or Telesales
Proven track record of success in telesales or call centre environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Patience when dealing with customers
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)

DUTIES:

Primary Responsibilities:

Booking and converting leads into appointments for our product specialist in the field (NO COLD CALLING)

Customer Assistance:

Assess client needs, and provide product recommendations based on customer preference

Product Knowledge:

Possess detailed knowledge about the products being sold, including materials, design features, dimensions, and care instructions.

Sales Process:

Explain the benefits of different products, answer questions, and handle customer objections. Upsell or cross-sell complementary items like accessories or warranties

Providing Information on Delivery & Assembly:

Inform customers about delivery timelines, costs, and any assembly or setup options available. Arrange for deliveries or coordinate with logistics teams

Meeting Sales Targets:

Work toward achieving sales targets through effective customer interaction and closing sales
