Civil and Structural Engineering Draughtsperson – Exciting Opportunity in Malta!

Are you skilled in technical drafting and design coordination?

We are looking for a Civil and Structural Engineering Draughtsperson to join our team in Malta.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, working within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

Your Role:

Assist in the creation of technical drawings and schematics from concept development to detailed design.
Support the civil and structural engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and drawing schedules.
Conduct site surveys and assist with field-related tasks.
Manage design documentation and project coordination.
Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, representing the team’s technical input.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with other project team members to align designs with requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For:

A recognized qualification in a relevant field.
Experience working on complex or large-scale projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and construction practices.
Understanding of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments is an asset.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, and related drafting software (BIM knowledge is a plus).
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate in a team environment.
High attention to detail with problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
