POSITION INFO:

Your Role:

• Assist in the creation of technical drawings and schematics from concept development to detailed design.
• Support the civil and structural engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and drawing schedules.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with field-related tasks.
• Manage design documentation and project coordination.
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, representing the team’s technical input.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with other project team members to align designs with requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognized qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience working on complex or large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and construction practices.
• Understanding of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments is an asset.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, and related drafting software (BIM knowledge is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate in a team environment.
• High attention to detail with problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
