POSITION INFO:

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee structural and civil engineering designs from concept to execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and material selection for projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Perform site inspections to assess compliance with specifications and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in structural engineering.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
• A professional engineering license (where applicable).
• A proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and engineering standards.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality developments is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (BIM knowledge is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
