Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering and a strong background in EPC phases (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), with an emphasis on Construction Management.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of oil and gas projects.
Support project execution through all EPC phases (engineering, material procurement, and construction management).
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Provide technical expertise to support construction teams and resolve on-site challenges.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Prepare reports, documentation, and project progress updates.
Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas projects.
Experience in Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Management.
Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
PMP certification is preferred.
Advanced technical skills and a solid grasp of construction methodologies.
Excellent soft skills, including leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Well-presented and professional demeanour.
