Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with 8 years of experience in oil and gas project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases with an emphasis on construction management. The role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and professional certifications such as PMP.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil engineering activities in oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate EPC project phases, with a focus on construction management.
• Design and review structural and civil components for industrial facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Address construction challenges and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international civil engineering standards.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in civil engineering, with a focus on oil and gas projects.
• Industry Experience: Strong background in EPC phases and construction management.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
