POSITION INFO:

Staff Connection is urgently looking for a Hotel General Manager with pre-opening experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
• Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor hotel performance and financial results, making adjustments as needed
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key partners

Must haves:

• Local SA Citizen
• Diploma in Hospitality
• Min 8yrs experience as a HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER within a city hotel environment
• Must have pre-opening experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Health & safety compliant
• HR management
• Guest management
