POSITION INFO:
As a Citrix Engineer, you will collaborate with Solution Owners and Architecture Teams to establish Citrix infrastructure standards, ensure best practices, and implement solutions for Citrix VDA, Cloud Connector, StoreFront, and NetScaler. You will also provide technical support, capacity planning, and system optimization while ensuring compliance with ITIL, ISO, and security policies.

Qualifications:

• ITIL Practitioner (V3) / ITIL Specialist (V4)
• Citrix Certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
• ISO 27000 and IT security training (Advantageous)
• Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification (Advantageous)

• 5+ years of Citrix engineering & administration experience
• 8+ years in supporting & maintaining Microsoft Systems
  
  • Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, 2022
  • IIS, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, PowerShell
• Experience in large corporate environments
• ITSM solution expertise
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• French language skills (Advantageous)

• Design and implement Citrix infrastructure solutions
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and related technologies
• Ensure system performance, availability, and security
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, contracts, and SLAs
• Optimize Citrix environments through best practices and automation
• Collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
