SUMMARY:
Our International client is currently looking for a Cisco Sales Support Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis in Cape Town. As a Cisco Sales Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position: Cisco Sales Support Manager

Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Fully Remote)

Job Type: Permanent

Minimum Qualifying Criteria:

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certification: Cisco Black Belt or Cisco Meraki Fit certification would be advantageous
2-3 years of experience: Proven experience in a sales support or technical sales role, preferably with Cisco products and solutions.
Strong technical knowledge: In-depth understanding of Cisco products and solutions, including networking, security, and collaboration technologies.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Self-motivated and disciplined: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical sales support to our sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to close deals and meet sales targets.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cisco products and solutions, including CCNA, Meraki, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and provide technical guidance on complex sales opportunities.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including sales collateral, technical notes, and product briefs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
