POSITION INFO:
Cisco ACI is a cutting-edge, all-encompassing method of data center networking that places a strong emphasis on automation and application-centric regulations. By integrating networking, security, and application services into a single fabric, it goes beyond conventional network designs. By coordinating network operations with application needs using ACI’s policy-driven paradigm, IT teams can streamline management and hasten the deployment of new applications.

Role Overview:

As an ACI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining the Cisco ACI environment.
Oversee operational concepts, deployment, and troubleshooting in a multipod environment.
Your tasks will include ensuring operational health, covering aspects like service, risk, cost, and people.
You’ll work with a broad spectrum of technology to simplify services and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

Delivering a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms.
Maintaining platform integrity in line with technical roadmaps.
Encouraging innovation and continual improvement.
Responding to feature development requests.
Simplifying platform architecture and guarding against complexity.

Skills Needed:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses.
Cisco CCNP Security Certification.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Datacenter Network Architecture, TCP/IP protocol suite, and routing protocols.
Familiarity with API, automation tools (such as Ansible), and Agile/DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
