Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - CPT

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a digitally-driven leader to drive the next wave of transformation in a top investment business in the Southern Suburbs of CPT!

This isn’t a strategy-only role. You’ll shape the vision and get your hands dirty—leading implementation, guiding technical teams, and building smart, scalable systems that support growth and innovation.

POSITION INFO:
You’ll lead an exciting full-scale digital transformation—integrating digital technologies across all business functions to modernise operations and enable smarter decision-making. This includes cloud migration, implementing serverless architectures, and carving out core functionalities into scalable, service-based components.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 6+ years’ experience in similar roles—designing and launching digital platforms, with a strong track record of leading transformation projects.
• Deep technical expertise—systems architecture, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, automation, Salesforce etc.
• Proven ability to modernise legacy systems and lead high-performing tech teams.
• A strong grip on both strategy and execution—tech fluency with a bias for action.
• Confidence collaborating across the business—product, ops, leadership.
