• 7+ years of experience in risk management, with serious credit risk expertise.

• A degree in risk management, finance, economics, or a related field (CFA, FRM, or equivalent is a plus!).
• Strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and market risks.
• Knowledge of Namibia’s regulatory environment (experience in emerging markets is a big bonus!).
