What We Need From You:

7+ years of experience in risk management, with serious credit risk expertise.
A strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while managing the details.
A Degree in risk management, finance, economics, or a related field (CFA, FRM, or equivalent is a plus!).
Strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and market risks.
Knowledge of Namibia’s regulatory environment (experience in emerging markets is a big bonus!).
