This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced risk professional with a strong credit risk management background to shape the risk strategy of an expanding business within a prestigious, internationally recognized brand.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the company’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation strategies, ensuring the organization’s objectives and risk tolerance align.
• Work closely with senior management to provide strategic risk insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure all risk management processes are integrated into business operations and align with the company’s growth ambitions.

• MUST have a minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, with a significant focus on credit risk.
• Proven expertise in risk analysis, strategic risk management, and the ability to oversee complex risk landscapes.
• Relevant academic qualifications in risk management, finance, economics, or a related field (e.g., CFA, FRM, or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and the broader market risks.
• Experience in a senior risk management role, ideally within a global or rapidly growing business.
• A Namibian citizen or permanent resident, fluent in English.
