Chief Operations Officer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for a company within the Property Development industry in the Sandton area.

POSITION INFO:
Purpose:
The COO is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational framework, strategic planning, and the management of resources to drive company-wide efficiency and profitable growth. This role ensures effective oversight of operations, risk management, and external partnerships, setting the standards for internal teams and projects.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc or B-Tech) in the built environment or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience, with 5 years in a senior role in a medium to large organization.
• Professional registration will be a great advantage.
• Skills and Knowledge: Advanced business planning and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership in operational and financial performance.
