POSITION INFO:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the security company. The COO ensures that the company’s security services are delivered efficiently, meet client expectations, and comply with all relevant regulations. The role involves strategic planning, leadership, and continuous improvement of the company’s operational processes, while also maintaining profitability and driving business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in the Cleaning or Security industry
• Extensive experience in a senior operational role within the security industry.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
