POSITION INFO:
A trusted name in the manufacturing industry, for over a century, is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize their operations, ensuring continued growth and success in a competitive market. As the COO, you will be at the helm of the company’s operational strategy, ensuring their manufacturing, supply chain, and overall business operations align with their growth objectives. Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, the successful candidate will drive efficiency, innovation, and a culture of excellence across the organization.

Duties:

Set and drive the organization's vision, operations strategy and hiring levels
Oversee company operations and employee productivity
Responsible for management and liaison with various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations
Ensure alignment with current company policies and goals

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
At least 10 years proven financial management experience
Proven hands-on manufacturing experience in an Executive role
