Scope of Works

Financial analysts are responsible for tracking a company''''s financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.

Job Scope

Investments-Related to shareholders of the company

Review Analysis and projections for any investments that requires large cash flows
Calculate RIO on investments
Review Risks to Investors
Breakeven Analysis
Feasibility Analysis
Sesitivity Analysis

Finance Scope

Monthly cash flows

Assisting Bookeeper with Budgets

Weekly meeting on cash flows

Banking scope

Bugdets of expenses for the month

Monthly Cashflow
Calculations of Profit/loss

Projection Figures

Requirements

Drivers license,Own vehicle
Degree in Financial Accounting
knowledge or experience in Investments
Ability to work under pressure
