Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Manufacturing
ð Location: Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
A well-established textile manufacturing company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, reporting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure regulatory and tax compliance while maintaining financial controls.
Drive cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.
Manage risk, treasury functions, and working capital.
Collaborate with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Lead audit processes and manage external stakeholder relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or textiles.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls.
Proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and compliance.
Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation in finance.
