POSITION INFO:
As the CFO & Executive Board Member, you will be responsible for the overall direction and supervision of Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Company Secretarial, and Administration departments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring financial sustainability, optimizing business operations, and driving strategic growth. This role offers a unique blend of financial leadership and executive decision-making within a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification & MBA
• 10+ years of senior financial management experience
• Extensive experience overseeing Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Administration functions
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills at an executive board level
• Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is an advantage
