POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning – Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support business growth.
Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax legislation, and governance standards.
Operational & Cash Flow Management – Optimize cash flow, investments, and financial controls to enhance business efficiency.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to drive financial success.
Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis – Deliver accurate financial reports, monitor key performance indicators, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification with 10+ years of executive-level finance experience.
Expertise in international finance, project accounting, and tax legislation.
Ability to work under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and manage cross-functional relationships.
Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and financial IT systems.
